Need to order your repeat prescription?
Here are some of your options:
Contact us online via the Surgery website
https://www.fileysurgery.co.uk/ click in the box saying "click here to contact us online", you do not need a user name or password to access this service.
Via SystmOnline
https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/ please note you will need to registered for this service, please ask at the reception desk for a registration form, bringing 2 forms of ID, one needs to be a photo ID and the other a utility bill or bank statement with your name and address on it.
Post your repeat slip in the Surgery letter box near the front door.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.
If you are exempt from payment please bring the necessary documentation with you. If you are not exempt from payment please have your prescription charge ready.
If you live more than a mile from a chemists or if you are a visitor not normally registered with the practice, you should take your prescription to the dispensary within the surgery to obtain your medication.
If your Doctor thinks your case is suitable, he will arrange for a computerised repeat prescription. The dispenser will explain how this works.
Our practice is collaborating with NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) which is providing NHS numbers for those patients that may be suitable for electronic repeat dispensing prescriptions. The information is obtained from NHS prescriptions submitted to the NHSBSA. A member of our clinical team will contact these patients soon to explain the benefits of this service.
