New Patient Registration

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. Everyone is welcome in general practice, proof of ID, address, immigration status or an NHS number is not needed in order for you to receive care or see a GP.

Enter your postcode under the "Practice Boundary" tab to check if you live within our catchment area. We would stress that this is only a very rough guide due to the limitations of mapping and new build postcodes. Before registering please check with our reception team who will confirm if registration is possible.

consultation1Ideally you should register before you need to use our services so that your records can be obtained from your previous surgery. Registration forms are available from reception. You may see any Doctor within the practice but if you have a preference please state this. You may be offered a new patient medical with our practice nurse. (Please note due to Covid-19 we will be restricting access to the Surgery and face-to-face new patient medical appointments will be ceased until further notice).

Please contact reception on 07123 515666 choosing option 2 for further information.
